Design & Engineering Support
MBS provides engineered pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) structural drawings and calculations to support project planning and construction. These documents typically include framing plans, sheeting plans, anchor bolt layouts, frame cross sections, and design reactions required by the Engineer of Record to develop the foundation design.
Our team works closely with project partners to ensure coordination, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements throughout the design process.
Furnish & Erect
Furnish and Erect projects require MBS to provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to assemble the complete metal building system. This delivery method allows for a streamlined and well-coordinated approach, with MBS managing the process from material supply through erection in the field.

This is our most common delivery method, as many clients prefer having a single source of responsibility for the metal building system. By centralizing coordination, execution, and oversight, this approach helps reduce complexity, supports efficient scheduling, and ensures consistent quality and accountability throughout the project.
Erect Only
Erect Only projects require MBS to provide the labor necessary to assemble the metal building system, while the client purchases the building materials directly from the manufacturer. This delivery method is typically selected when the client prefers to manage material procurement independently but still relies on experienced erection crews for proper installation.

Through Erect Only services, MBS applies the same standards of safety, professionalism, and workmanship as with any other project. Our skilled field crews focus on efficient assembly, accurate execution, and coordination with other trades to ensure the metal building system is erected correctly and in accordance with project requirements.
Components
Components projects require MBS to perform an assessment of an existing metal building to determine current conditions and project requirements. These projects typically involve repairs, maintenance, or modifications to an existing structure, addressing both functional and structural needs.

Through Components services, MBS evaluates existing building systems and coordinates the necessary work to restore performance or accommodate changes in use. This approach allows clients to extend the service life of their metal buildings while maintaining safety, functionality, and long-term reliability.
Reroofing
Metal Building Solutions of Florida offers a full-service reroofing and retrofit roof systems division capable of removing and replacing roof systems on existing pre-engineered metal buildings.

For facilities that must remain fully operational during construction, we have extensive experience installing a wide range of MBCI retrofit roofing systems, including—but not limited to—Roof Hugger®, Har Channel over Zee, Retro-R®, Nu-Roof®, and Double-Lock over PBR systems.
