High-Performance Clear-Span Hangar
This custom-engineered 35,000 square foot aircraft hangar features an impressive 231-foot clear-span rafter design, delivering a completely unobstructed interior for maximum aircraft maneuverability. Standing at 35 feet tall, the structure is built to accommodate a wide range of aviation needs.

The hangar is protected by a durable 24" wide standing seam roof system paired with an R-19 insulation package for dependable energy performance. Exterior walls incorporate three-piece PBR panel assemblies, creating an architectural accent band that enhances the building’s visual appeal. Interior walls feature a clean and durable PBR liner panel to 8 feet around the full perimeter for a polished, low-maintenance finish.

A premium Norco 9-leaf rolling door system, measuring 207 feet wide by 28 feet tall, provides expansive aircraft access while ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments.


4,500 sq. ft. Office & Support Area
Attached to the main hangar is a 4,500 square foot office structure constructed as a lean-to with a 4:12 roof slope. The roof features 16" architectural standing seam panels with an R-30 long-tab banded insulation system, delivering excellent energy efficiency. Perimeter overhangs are finished with PBR soffit panels, adding a clean, modern architectural touch.

The office wall system consists of CMU masonry installed by others, supported structurally by spandrel beams provided with the building package to ensure seamless integration with the overall design.
