Urban Air is a 60,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building supplied by American Buildings Company, designed for strength, efficiency, and seamless integration with advanced construction methods. The structure features a 26-foot low-side eave height and a 35-foot high-side eave height, providing generous interior clearance and a versatile profile suitable for industrial use.
The building is equipped with a 24-inch standing seam roof system backed by a 20-year NDL weathertightness warranty. An R-30 long-tab banded insulation system enhances energy efficiency while maintaining a clean interior appearance.
The roof package includes fourteen factory-integrated roof curbs with support beams, along with an internal valley gutter at the low-side wall to ensure efficient water management. The exterior consists of 8-inch concrete tilt-wall panels installed prior to metal building construction, requiring precise coordination between multiple trades for successful structural integration.
